The FPC is designed for: Entry-level Payroll Professionals, <br>Sales Professionals/Consultants serving the payroll industry, <br>Systems Analysts/Engineers writing payroll programs, and <br>Payroll Service Bureau Client Representatives. APA membership is not required.
