This WPI Wastewater Collection Operator Class II Need-to-Know Criteria was developed to assist operators in understanding the content that will be covered in ABC's 2017 Standardized Wastewater Collection Operator Class II exam. During 2014-2016, a methodical and comprehensive international investigation was conducted to determine the most significant job tasks performed by wastewater collection operators.
