Web Designer

Description

Responsible for creating Web sites using HTML and Web design software. In addition to designing a site that is attractive, interesting, functional, and useful, a Web Designer must also ensure that the Web site is easily navigable and accessible to all who may want to use it. To complete a certification a combination of core concept, application, and technology-specific tests must be completed. The core concept test will assess the individual on his or her knowledge of the fundamentals of the certification. Individuals will be able to select the application- and technology-specific tests that best suit their skills from an approved list.
