Description

The Strategic Leader designation is applicable to executives who are responsible for the leadership and strategic management of a contact center. Job role responsibilities include: setting the strategic direction and vision for a customer care across all channels of the organization; aligning and executing center strategy and objectives in accordance with the organization's business goals; and accountability for the center's financial performance. Typical job titles are vice president, assistant vice president, director, and senior-manager.
