The RPRA is a professional designation that demonstrates the bearer is uniquely competent to conduct appraisal reviews of complex properties or situations. The RPRA's appraisal review provides a superior evaluation for all types of enterprises and properties and ensures that an appraisal is in compliance with regulations and professional standards. The RPRA signifies the highest level of expertise in the review appraisal process, expertise that far exceeds state certification and licensing requirements. To become an RPRA you must complete a rigorous program consisting of course work, experience, submission of a demonstration report and a comprehensive exam.
